Our Coast Salish image library was created to provide our schools with authentic images that are done in the style of the local First Nations. School District 79 Cowichan Valley commissioned local artists Stuart Pagaduan and Maynard Johnny JR. to create these images. The artists retain copy write for the images and the district has permission to reproduce them for educational purposes.
